I began teaching at Morris Elementary in 2013. I started out in 2^nd grade and moved to 1^st grade in 2022. 

Before coming to Morris, I taught Pre-K and 3^rd grade at Midway Elementary in Council Hill, Oklahoma. I worked at Midway for 7 years. 

My husband Brent and I have been married for 16 years. He is a graduate of Morris High School with the class of 2000. We have one son, Mason, who attends Morris Middle School. We live in Okmulgee with our 2 dogs, Judge and Millie, our cat, Smokey and a small herd of cattle. 

When I’m not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family. We stay very busy watching Mason participate in traveling baseball and look forward to watching him play football and basketball this fall. I love to curl up with a good book and read. We often spend our weekends watching Oklahoma State football, basketball and baseball games, attending in perosn whenever an opportunity arises.
