We will begin on Tuesday, June 2. Our schedule will be as follows:
PHASE 1 June 2, 2020 through June 26, 2020
We will have strength and conditioning. There will be five to six sessions starting at 6:00am
and each session will run approximately one hour and thirty minutes. This will allow us to
have a thirty minute conditioning session, a thirty minute strength training session and time
to clean before the next group comes in. We will allow only twenty four athletes per session.
This is twelve in the weightroom and twelve outside running. Each athlete will need to bring
their own water bottle that has their name on it and their own towel.. Each athlete will need to
bring their own mask to wear. We have a series of questions to ask each athlete and we will be
taking their temperature each day before they are allowed to workout. Any athlete that has a
temperature at or over 100.4, will be sent home for the day. We encourage social distancing
before the athletes enter the workout zone. There will be places to stand before entering the
workout zone, so please stay in your vehicles if there is no place available.
We are excited to see our athletes and begin Phase 1. There will be sign up sheets for the
sessions shared on their groupme by the coaches. We are ready to get going and hope to see
HS Athletes participate. Remember, if you are going into the ninth grade you are a high
school athlete. This is voluntary and we are here to help get you ready to enjoy your high
school athletic experience. Success comes from hard work and dedication. We determine our
future and now is the time to begin our journey. Can't wait to see you Tuesday.
